Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
All website sales are final and returns for change of mind will not be accepted. If the product is faulty, or not as described a return please contact Albury RC Models as soon as possible to arrange a return.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be made as soon as possible once an issue has been identified.

HOW do customers return items?
Albury RC Models & Hobbies will organise the collection of items where we shipped the product. For other puchases, items must be returned by registered post or courier.

SHIPPING for returns?
Where an issue is covered under waranty, Albury RC Models & Hobbies will pay for appropriate shipping where the order was originally shipped to the customer. For orders there were picked up in store, the customer is responsible for shipping if they are unable to return the product in person.

CREDIT for returns?
Where a refund is requested for a warranty claim, a full refund via the same payment method the purchase was made will be issued.

Packing materials?
Warranty claims do not require the original packaging to be claimed, however, contact us first to ensure that all applicable components of the kit purchased are returned to avoid delays. Returns where the products is not as described will need to be returned with packaging in good condition, packaging may be opened if it wasn't determined the product was wrong beforehand.
