Great small RC Helicopter even for experienced pil
By: Martyn on 20 March 2024I purchased one of these aircraft back in July and have put nearly 40hrs on the airframe and counting. As an RC helicopter pilot of 11 years, this has got to be one of the most reliable, versatile aircraft I have had the privilege of flying. I have put this aircraft through its paces, flying it in 40 degree c heat, heavy rain for the full duration of flight, 50kph winds, far out over water, at night, and even in thick smoke. I have performed scale heavy lifting with a home made Bambi bucket dropping actual water onto fires for fun. This aircraft might be small but it ceases to amaze me. I do have to perform routine maintenance on it as you do with any good RC heli, such as motors, rotor head, drive shaft, and blade frictioning. Mathematically on average, I fly 9 mins per day, and for it being 8 months old with, that's pretty good. I would recommend this aircraft to anyone, it is more of an investment.
